PHLE RESULTS – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the November 2025 Pharmacy Licensure Exam (PHLE) results today, November 21, 2025 (Friday) based on PRC Resolution No. 1927, Series of 2024.
The Pharmacist licensure exam results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.
As announced, 3,670 out of 4,555 (80.57%) passed the November 2025 PHLE.
Update November 21, 2025 as of 2:00 PM: The PRC has confirmed that the results of the November 2025 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PHLE) will be released today!
According to PRC: "Future RPh and RChE, get ready and stay tuned! The results of the November 2025 Pharmacists Licensure Examination and the November 2025 Chemical Engineers CBLE will be released within a few hours. You got this!"
The PHLE was held on November 15 and 16, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The members of the Board of Pharmacy who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Dr. Adelina C. Royo, Members.

Schedule of Registration
Here's the schedule of online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for the new Pharmacists and Certificate of Registration.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.
Enter the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
To join the face-to-face mass oathtaking, participants must register at https://online.prc.gov.ph before 12:00 NN a day prior and bring a printed Oath Form with their QR code for attendance.
Those who cannot attend in person may opt for the online or special oathtaking. Schedules will be announced once confirmed.
For the virtual oathtaking, passers must book an appointment via https://online.prc.gov.ph by selecting “e-OATH.” Registration closes five (5) days before the event, and inductees must print the “Oath of Professional” form from the PRC website.
After completing the oathtaking, inductees should proceed with Initial Registration through an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
