MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Pharmacy are expected to release results of the November 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) on or before November 21, 2025, five (5) working days after the exam.
The November 2025 PHLE results include the official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools.
PRC administered the pharmacy board exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on November 15 and 16, 2025.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) results will be released on Friday, November 21, 2025, five (5) working days after the exams.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Wednesday, November 19 .
Registration and Oathtaking
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC added.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day pharmacist board exam covered the following subjects: pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy and practice of pharmacy; pharmacology-pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutics and quality assurance/quality control.
Previous Examinations
During the April 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, the PRC released the results after only two (2) working days. Of the 1,907 examinees, 1,150 passed. Yasser Nursam Salahud In Rizal from Universidad de Zamboanga clinched the top spot with a rating of 93.50%.
For the November 2024 cycle, results were made available after three (3) working days. A total of 2,905 out of 3,778 examinees passed, led by Jay Raynald Macabuhay Almojuela from University of Santo Tomas (UST)-Legazpi, Inc., who topped the exam with 95.47%.
In the April 2024 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, the PRC released the list of passers after four (4) working days. Out of 2,147 candidates, 1,185 made the cut, with Rhedz-wei Talling Hadjula from Universidad de Zamboanga emerging as the topnotcher with 92.85%.
