MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases Friday, November 21, 2025 the full results of the November 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE). View here the list of passers, P-Z surname, once released online.
PRC and the Board of Pharmacy administered the PHLE on November 15 and 16, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) results will be released on Friday, November 21, 2025, five (5) working days after the exams.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Verification of Ratings
Pharmacist board exam's verification of ratings can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Previous Examinations
In the April 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, the PRC released the results after only two (2) working days. Out of 1,907 examinees, 1,150 passed. Yasser Nursam Salahud In Rizal from Universidad de Zamboanga secured the top spot with a rating of 93.50%.
For the November 2024 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, the PRC announced the results three (3) working days after the last day of testing. A total of 2,905 out of 3,778 candidates passed, with Jay Raynald Macabuhay Almojuela from the University of Santo Tomas (UST)–Legazpi, Inc. topping the board with 95.47%.
In the April 2024 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, the PRC released the results after four (4) working days. Of the 2,147 examinees, 1,185 successfully passed. Rhedz-wei Talling Hadjula from Universidad de Zamboanga led the batch with a score of 92.85%.
