MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the complete results of the November 2025 Pharmacist board exam on November 21, 2025 (Friday), five (5) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the pharmacy board exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on November 15 and 16, 2025.

Previous Examinations
In the April 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, Yasser Nursam Salahud In Rizal of Universidad de Zamboanga claimed the top spot with 93.50%, closely followed by Charles Vincent Sibayan Familar of Our Lady of Fatima University–Valenzuela with 93.40%.
During the November 2024 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, Jay Raynald Macabuhay Almojuela from University of Santo Tomas (UST)-Legazpi, Inc. led the board with an impressive 95.47%, while Stan Matthew Samson Taylaran from University of San Carlos ranked second with 94.95%.
In the April 2024 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, Rhedz-wei Talling Hadjula of Universidad de Zamboanga topped the board at 92.85%, followed by Anthony Castillon Tocayon from University of the Philippines (UP) - Manila with 92.50%.
During the November 2023 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, Justine Kaye Fajardo Gajo of Centro Escolar University-Manila secured first place with 93.25%, with Karl Kirby Zosas Costales from University of the Immaculate Conception - Davao coming in second at 92.58%.
