MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Civil Engineering will release results of the November 2025 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) on or before November 28, 2025 (Friday), within five (5) working days after the last day of exam.
The November 2025 CELE results include the official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools.
PRC administered the second CELE this year on November 22 and 23, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.
The examination was originally scheduled for September 27 and 28, 2025, but was moved to a later date due to Severe Tropical Storm “Opong."

Release of Results
Based on PRC Resolution No. 2099 series of 2025, the November 2025 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) results will be released on Friday, November 28, 2025, within five (5) working days after the exams.
To quote, PRC stated: "RESOLVED FINALLY, that the target release date of examination results for the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination shall be on November 28, 2025."
Note that CELE results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise examinees to monitor announcement of results starting Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
Registration Details
Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be issued through online registration.
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for the registration.
Date of Registration: To be announced (TBA)
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oathtaking Details
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day Civil Engineer board exams covered the following major subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
Previous Examinations
The April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) results were released after four (4) working days. Out of 16,913 examinees, 4,940 passed, with Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila topping the board at 93.00%.
For the November-December 2024 CELE, results came out in three (3) working days. From 18,436 examinees, 6,835 successfully passed, and Francis Charles Pepito Lauta of the University of Cebu claimed the highest score at 93.25%.
During the April 2024 CELE, results were announced in four (4) working days. Out of 17,010 examinees, 6,680 passed, with Ryan Sylvester Sy Chan and Cedric Jerome Carlos Donguines, both from De La Salle University - Manila, sharing the top spot at 94.30%.
The November 2023 CELE results were released in five (5) working days. Among 18,582 examinees, 6,180 passed, and Godfrey Queron Correa of Palawan State University - Puerto Princesa topped the board with 93.60%.
