MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service will release results of the November 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (REALE) on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, three (3) working days after the exam.
The REALE results include the official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools.
PRC administered the Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban on November 23, 2025.
Note: The REALE is typically administered once a year. However, after receiving formal requests for an additional schedule, the Board deemed the appeal timely and justified. As a result, the PRC issued Resolution No. 2069 (series of 2025) authorizing the conduct of the November 2025 REALE.

Release of Results
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 series 2024 and PRC Resolution No. 2069 series 2025, the November 2025 Real Estate Appraiser board exam results will be released on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, three (3) working days after the exam.
However, results may be released on later date without prior notice.
Registration of Passers
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
NOTE: All registrants are likewise required to submit an original copy of Surety Bond for three (3) years (with certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission), minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Obligee.
For government employees, no Surety Bond is required, but instead, submission of a notarized original Certificate of Employment showing that such appraiser license is an eligibility requirement of his/her employment from their respective offices.
As advised, successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Verification of Rating
Real Estate Appraiser board exam verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online. Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this can be available in few days after the exam.
Coverage of Examinations
The one-day examination covered the following subjects: fundamentals of real estate appraisal (50%) and professional appraisal practice (50%).
Previous Examinations
In the July 2025 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE), the PRC released the results in just two (2) working days. Of the 1,356 examinees, 968 passed. Richard Anthony Kepis Relata of Lyceum of Alabang topped the exam with a rating of 92.50%.
For the August 2024 REALE, results were likewise published after two (2) working days. A total of 941 out of 1,440 examinees passed. Jennylee Villarosa Burgess of Lyceum of Alabang ranked first with an impressive 91.50%, followed by fellow topnotchers Christine Mari Espiritu Collado of Gardner College Diliman, Inc., Jerico Joshua Timola Tarroza of Lyceum of Alabang, and Zheerex Faron Villero of the University of Cebu.
In the September 2023 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, the PRC released the results in three (3) working days. Out of 849 examinees, 596 passed. Maureen Grace Cruz Usacdin of Lyceum of Alabang secured the top spot with a 91.50% rating.
During the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, results were also issued after three (3) working days. A total of 356 out of 626 examinees passed. Leading the passers was Lalaine Chua Kawsek of Trinity University of Asia with a rating of 89.00%.
