MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases full results of the November 2025 Real Estate Appraiser board exam on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, three (3) working days after the last day of exam. View here the list of topnotchers (top 10 passers).
The PRC Board of Real Estate Service administered the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination (REALE) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban on November 23, 2025.
Note: Although the REALE is typically conducted once a year, the Board approved an additional schedule following formal requests from stakeholders. Consequently, the PRC issued Resolution No. 2069 (series of 2025) to authorize the November 2025 REALE.

Previous Examinations
In the July 2025 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE), Richard Anthony Kepis Relata of Lyceum of Alabang took the top spot with a rating of 92.50%. Sharing second place were Mary Thea Bianca Sy Bautista of iAcademy Inc. and Christian Balgos Guspid of Trimex College, Inc., both earning 91.00%.
For the August 2024 REALE, Jennylee Villarosa Burgess of Lyceum of Alabang led the examinees with a 91.50% rating. Also among the topnotchers were Christine Mari Espiritu Collado of Gardner College Diliman, Inc., Jerico Joshua Timola Tarroza of Lyceum of Alabang, and Zheerex Faron Villero of the University of Cebu.
In the September 2023 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Maureen Grace Cruz Usacdin of Lyceum of Alabang topped the examination with a 91.50% rating. Fellow Lyceum examinee Trisha Amber Tan Ong Hian Huy followed in second place with 90.50%.
During the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Lalaine Chua Kawsek of Trinity University of Asia secured the highest rating at 89.00%, while her schoolmate Shirley Silva Mazon claimed second place with 88.00%.
