MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will release results of the December 2025 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Exam (ABELE), including the complete list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing school and performance of schools, on Thursday, December 11, 2025, three (3) working days after the exam.

PRC administered the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer licensure exam on December 4 and 5, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

Release of ABELE Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024 for the schedule of Licensure Examinations for 2025, the December 2025 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer Licensure Exam results will be released on Thursday, December 11, 2025, three (3) working days after the exam.

However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.

Registration and Oathtaking

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Visit the official website of PRC (https://online1.prc.gov.ph/) and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

All successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC added.

Coverage of Examinations

The two-day exam covered the following: rural electrification, agricultural processing, agricultural structures and allied subjects, soil and water resources development and conservation, irrigation, drainage and allied subjects, agricultural mechanization, agricultural power, agricultural machinery, equipment and allied subjects.

Previous Examinations

In the December 2024 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Exam (ABELE), 1,479 out of 2,625 examinees passed.

For the September 2023 ABELE, 615 out of 1,841 candidates successfully passed.

In the September 2022 exam, 832 out of 1,968 passed, while in September 2021, 507 out of 1,392 examinees earned a passing mark.

Across these examinations, the PRC consistently released the results within two working days.
