MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released Thursday the results of the December 2025 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer board exam given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.
PRC and the Board for Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, composed of Engr. Ariodear C. Rico, Chairman; Engr. Sherwin O. Valdez and Engr. Caesar Joventino M. Tado, Members, administered the licensure exam on December 4 and 5, 2025.

Previous Examinations
In the December 2024 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer Licensure Exam (ABELE), the University of the Philippines – Los Baños (UPLB) emerged as the top-performing school with a 95.24% passing rate, producing 80 passers out of 84 examinees. Isabela State University – Echague followed in second place with an 85.94% passing rate, or 55 passers out of 64 examinees.
For the September 2023 ABELE, Central Bicol State University of Agriculture – Pili led the top-performing schools with a perfect 100% passing rate, as all 10 of its examinees passed. UPLB ranked second with a 92.86% passing rate, with 39 passers from 42 examinees.
In the September 2022 ABELE, UPLB once again topped the list with a 100% passing rate, producing all 31 of its takers as passers. Central Bicol State University of Agriculture – Pili secured second place with a 90% passing rate, or 18 passers out of 20 examinees.

ABELE Updates
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024 for the schedule of Licensure Examinations for 2025, the December 2025 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer Licensure Exam results will be released on Thursday, December 11, 2025, three (3) working days after the exam.
However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
