PRC conducted the computer-based licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Pagadian, Pampanga, and Tuguegarao on February 9 and 10, 2026.

Previous Examinations
In the February 2025 Respiratory Therapists Licensure Examination, Erma Mae Yongco Sanchez of Cebu Doctors University (CDU) topped the board with a 94.00% rating. Alyssa Jules Mendez Batausa (CDU) and Zach Cedrick Nicol Bumanglag of Cagayan State University–Andrews Campus followed in second place with identical scores of 93.00%.
During the February 2024 exams, Adrian Justin Gallo Marasigan of Perpetual Help College of Manila led all passers with a 91.75% rating, while Jhunry Sajonia Gauiran of Cagayan State University–Andrews Campus secured second place with 91.50%.
Meanwhile, the February 2023 licensure examination recorded a five-way tie for first place, with Prince Joshua Guzman Carag (Cagayan State University–Andrews Campus), Elaine Fleur Usman Fino (Emilio Aguinaldo College–Dasmariñas), Shaira Lynneth Ludovice (University of Perpetual Help System–Laguna), Hiyasmin Cortez Ramos (CSU–Andrews Campus), and Michel Josef Maglantay Ramos (University of Batangas) each earning 90.75%. Apple Valerie Angeles Ang of Far Eastern University–Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation and Ralph Kenneth Nastor Ramos of CSU–Andrews Campus placed second with 90.50%.
