MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of the April 2026 Midwife Licensure Examination (MidLE) on Monday, April 20, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
The full list of topnotchers (top 10) is available on this page once announced online.
PRC administered the Midwife board exams on April 14 and 15, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Previous Examinations
In the November 2025 Midwife Licensure Examination (MLE), Princesa Dumale Talamayan of Palawan State University–Puerto Princesa topped the board with a 94.00% rating, followed by Yamille Ashra Pandog Ambalgan of St. Alexius College with 93.30%.
In the April 2025 Midwife Licensure Examination (MLE), Rona Marie Villaflor Ramos of Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) – Main Campus secured the top spot with a score of 92.60%. Sharing second place were Gabriel Antonio Berces of Ago Medical and Educational Center – Bicol Christian College of Medicine and Niecel Marie Escobido Dotimas of the Integrated Midwives Association of the Philippines Foundation School of Midwifery, both earning 92.55%.
Meanwhile, in the November 2024 Licensure Examination for Midwives, Bernard Isaac Badar Alido of the University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences – Leyte ranked first with a 92.60% rating, followed by Dol Rich Jay Mangin of Gordon College with 92.05%.
