MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Thursday, July 9, the complete results of July 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE).
PRC and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the REALE in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao on July 7, 2026.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Ofelia C. Binag, Chairperson; Hon. Rafael M. Fajardo, Hon. Jose Arnold M. Tan and Hon. Pilar M. Torres-Banaag, Members.

Previous Examinations
In the November 2025 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE), no higher education institution qualified for the list of top-performing schools based on the Professional Regulation Commission's (PRC) prescribed criteria.
During the July 2025 REALE, iAcademy (formerly Information and Communication Technology Academy) was recognized as the lone top-performing school after posting an 86.67% passing rate, with 26 of its 30 examinees successfully passing the licensure exam.
For the August 2024 REALE, iAcademy once again topped the list of top-performing schools after recording an impressive 97.62% passing rate, with 41 of its 42 examinees passing. Holy Cross of Davao College followed with an 80.00% passing rate, producing 12 passers out of 15 examinees.
Meanwhile, in the September 2023 REALE, Trinity University of Asia emerged as the sole top-performing school, achieving a 92.50% passing rate after 37 of its 40 examinees successfully passed the examination.

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the July 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE) results will be released on Thursday, July 9, 2026, two (2) working days after the exam.
