MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases full results of the July 2026 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination (REALE) on Thursday, July 9, 2026, two (2) working days after the last day of exam. View here the list of topnotchers (top 10 passers).

The PRC Board of Real Estate Service administered the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination (REALE) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao on July 7, 2026.

Previous Examinations

In the November 2025 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE), Denise Marie Borillo Astillo of the University of Mindanao–Davao City topped the board with a rating of 88.50%. James Pura Perez of Lyceum of Alabang ranked second with 88.00%.

During the July 2025 REALE, Richard Anthony Kepis Relata of Lyceum of Alabang emerged as the topnotcher after earning a rating of 92.50%. Mary Thea Bianca Sy Bautista of iAcademy Inc. and Christian Balgos Guspid of Trimex College, Inc. shared second place with identical ratings of 91.00%.

For the August 2024 REALE, Jennylee Villarosa Burgess of Lyceum of Alabang secured the top spot with a rating of 91.50%. Completing the roster of top performers were Christine Mari Espiritu Collado of Gardner College Diliman, Inc., Jerico Joshua Timola Tarroza of Lyceum of Alabang, and Zheerex Faron Villero of the University of Cebu.

Meanwhile, in the September 2023 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination, Maureen Grace Cruz Usacdin of Lyceum of Alabang led the successful examinees with a rating of 91.50%. Fellow Lyceum of Alabang graduate Trisha Amber Tan Ong Hian Huy placed second after obtaining a rating of 90.50%.
