MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of the September 2026 Librarian board exam on Monday, September 7, one (1) working day after the last day of exams. View here the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers.

PRC administered the Librarians Computer-based Licensure Exam on September 3 and 4, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the September 2026 Librarian Licensure Examination are the following:


Previous Examinations

In the September 2025 Librarian Licensure Examination (LLE), Patricia Dimaano Victa of the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman topped the exam with a rating of 91.50%. Her UP–Diliman schoolmate, Jolly Gonzales Calixtro, placed second with 89.85%.

For the September 2024 Librarian Licensure Examination, Anne Francia Matias Chavez of Bestlink College of the Philippines secured the top spot with a rating of 90.70%. Alexis Bellen Obiena of UP–Diliman followed in second place with 89.60%.

In the September 2023 Librarian Licensure Examination, Zamylle Ross Belaro Celso of the University of the East (UE)–Manila emerged as the topnotcher with a rating of 88.85%. Ana Lizette Santos Curitana of the National Teachers College ranked second with 88.45%.

Meanwhile, in the September 2022 Librarian Licensure Examination, Marzo Meco Bagayaua Alfonso of UP–Diliman ranked first with a rating of 88.20%. His schoolmate, August Emmanuel Napoles Florese, placed second with 87.75%.
