MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces results of the September 2026 Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Exam (LLE) on Monday, September 7, 2026, one (1) working day after the last day of exams. View here the list of top-performing schools and performance of all schools.
The PRC conducted the Librarian board exam on September 3 and 4, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.

Previous Examinations
In the September 2025 Librarian Licensure Exam (LLE), Philippine Normal University–Manila, La Salle University, and the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman all recorded 100% passing rates. A total of 28, 14, and 13 examinees passed from the three schools, respectively. The University of Southeastern Philippines–Davao City followed with a 92.50% passing rate, as 37 of its 40 examinees passed.
In the September 2024 Librarian Licensure Exam, West Visayas State University–La Paz ranked as the top-performing school with a perfect 100% passing rate, with all 14 examinees passing. Philippine Normal University (PNU)–Manila followed with a 96.55% passing rate.
For the September 2023 Librarian Licensure Exam, UP–Diliman again posted a 100% passing rate, with all 21 examinees passing. PNU–Manila ranked second at 96.88%, with 31 of its 32 examinees passing.
Meanwhile, in the September 2022 Librarian Licensure Exam, UP–Diliman once again led the performing schools with a 100% passing rate among its 12 examinees. Saint Paul University–Surigao ranked second with an 83.33% passing rate, as five of its six examinees passed.
