MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the September 2026 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam (REELE) is available here on Thursday, September 10, 2026, within three (3) working days after the exam.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers of the September 5 and 6, 2026 Electrical Engineer Board Exam, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Previous Examinations

In the April 2026 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam (REELE), John Veluz Labrador of the University of the Philippines–Diliman topped the board with a rating of 94.25%. Carl Aeron Rodriguez Gallardo of Tarlac State University placed second with 93.70%.

The August 2025 REELE was topped by Jolly Babe Mallari Siago of Cebu Institute of Technology–University, who earned the highest rating of 93.45%. Joshua Enrick Bravo Salvador of Mapúa University–Manila followed in second place with 92.60%.

For the April 2025 REELE, Kimberly Rose Dalay Capiral of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Sto. Tomas led the board with a 93.00% rating. Mustafa Ali of Rizal Technological University secured second place with 92.85%.

Meanwhile, the August 2024 Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam saw Christopher Regino Brodith Maranga of Cebu Institute of Technology–University top the board with a 93.20% rating. Tomas Cabauatan Casauay Jr. of Cagayan State University–Tuguegarao placed second with 92.60%.
