MANILA, Philippines – The September 2026 Registered Master Electrician Licensure Exams (RMELE) results, including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday, September 10, 2026, three (3) working days after the exam.
The PRC recognizes the highest placers of the September 7, 2026 RME board exam, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Previous Examinations
In the April 2026 Registered Master Electrician Licensure Exam (RMELE), Adrian Buenaobra Baconawa of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)–Lucban topped the board with a rating of 89.00%. Levi Caratao of Dual Tech Training Center Foundation, Inc.–Canlubang placed second with 88.00%.
The August 2025 RMELE was topped by Alvin Manlangit Cabigon of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Sta. Mesa, who earned an 87.00% rating. Domingo Cardano Cañeta Jr. of Bicol University Industrial Tech–Legazpi and Ellaine Ojeda Maligat of Camarines Norte State College–Daet shared second place, with both posting 86.50%.
For the April 2025 RMELE, Jesse Villalon Castro of Secondary School led the successful examinees with an 84.00% rating. Roy Germy Corciega Calamba of Bohol Island State University (BISU)–Calape and Gaudencio Ramos Jurado III of Western Institute of Technology tied for second place with 83.50%.
Meanwhile, the August 2024 RMELE saw Jaypee Gernalin Francisco of Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology–Cabanatuan top the board with a 91.00% rating. Janine Nudo Borja of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)–Lucban placed second with 89.50%.
