August 2014 LET Exam results out online after PRC IT Systems upgrade?

Posted by   on

Is the official result of August 17, 2014 Licensure examination for teachers (LET) or teachers board exam out online after the PRC upgrade of its IT Systems? Will it be a sign that full list of passers is for release next week, September 15-19, 2014?

PRC recently advised that they will update their IT Systems on Sunday, September 14, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The said upgrade coincides with the speculated release of August 2014 LET.

After the activity, PRC has promised a much improved and efficient service.

"In view of this highly technical concern, the PRC transactional systems may not, at times and without prior notice, be accessible," PRC said.

"We ask for your kind understanding. Thank you for bearing with us," the agency added.

Last month, PRC Baguio Regional Director Teofilo Gaius M. Sison, Jr. said the exam results will be released after 20 working days.

Though PRC did not announced the total examinees for August 17, 2014 LET, it is expected that more than 100,000 education graduates (elementary and secondary) took the teachers board exam.

In September 2013, Sison's announcement that results are out after 40 working days became reliable as official list of passers were released in exactly 40 workings days. A total of 19,384 elementary teachers out of 62,160 examinees (31.18%) and 25,755 secondary teachers out of 64,792 examinees (39.75 %) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.).

PRC Board news will update this site for the list of passers, top 10, top performing schools and performance of schools. Check out for our official webpage for the results of August 17, 2014 LET:
