TOPNOTCHERS: September 2016 LET Secondary Top 10 List

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognized the top performing examinees (topnotchers) who garnered the highest grades in the September 2016 licensure exam for teachers (LET) - Seconday level.

PRC on Monday, November 28, announced that and 31,334 secondary teachers out of 92,754 examinees (33.78%) passed the LET.

It can be noted that graduates from provincial schools dominated the second licensure exam for teachers last year. Eula Mae Carlos Busbus from University of Mindanao (UM) - Davao City topped the board with 90.20-percent rating.
