September 2018 LET result Secondary: top performing schools, performance of schools

MANILA, Philippines - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released results of September 2018 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) also known as Teachers board exam on Friday, December 7 or in 47 working days after the exam. Those awaiting results can check on this page for the list of top performing schools as well as the performance of schools for Secondary level board exam.

SEPTEMBER 2018 LET RESULTS SUMMARY
The second board exam for teachers this year was administered on Sunday, September 30, 2018 in at least 25 testing centers nationwide.

Testing centers include Baguio, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro (CDO), Catarman (Northern Samar), Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo, Laoag, Legaspi, Lucena, Manila, Rosales (Pangasinan), Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Pagadian and Zamboanga.

Additional test centers are the following: Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Kidapawan, Boac, Palawan and Masbate City.

SECONDARY LEVEL: The top performing schools in the September 2018 Licensure Examination for Teachers as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010: WITH 50 OR MORE EXAMINEES AND WITH AT LEAST 80% PASSING PERCENTAGE

Here's the performance of schools in the September 2018 Licensure Examination for Teachers in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation":


PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In the same period last year, University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) topped the Secondary level LET with 98.33% or 59 out of 60 passed. University of Santo Tomas (UST) came in second place with 94.74% or 162 out of 171 passed the exams.

University of the Philippines - Diliman (UPD) was the top performing school in the September 2016 exams, 96.84% or 92 out of 95 passed the exams. De La Salle University (DLSU) - Lipa ranked second with 91.38% or 53 out of 58 passed.

In the September 2015, UST led the schools with 94.92% (168 out of 177). Philippine Normal University (PNU) - Manila ranked second with 91.79% or 660 out of 719 passed.

UPDATES

According to PRC Resolution No. 2017-1068, which deals with the 'Schedule of Licensure Examinations for Year 2018, the target release of September 2018 LET board exam results is on Tuesday, December 4 or in 44 working days after the exam.

On Tuesday night (December 4), Balita hinted that results might be released late this week (December 6-7).
