MANILA, Philippines – (Updated January 8) The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Criminology released results of November - December 2019 Criminologist board exam or Criminology Licensure Exam (CLE) expected on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 or in twenty-two (22) working days after the exam. The official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.

As announced, 19,191 out of 43,512 passed the exams.

NOTE: The results of examination with respect to eight (8) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.

PRC conducted the Criminology board exam on November 29 and 30 and December 1 (Friday to Sunday) in Manila, All Regional Offices, Zamboanga, General Santos and Rosales, Pangasinan.

The members of the Board of Criminology who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Ramil G. Gabao, Chairman; Hon. George O. Fernandez and Hon. Ruben A. Sta. Teresa, Members.

NOVEMBER 2019 CLE RESULTS SUMMARY
The three-day exam covered the following subjects: criminal jurisprudence, procedure and evidence and law enforcement administration, criminalistics, crime detection and investigation ; and sociology of crimes and ethics and correctional administration.

According to PRC Resolution No. 1127 s. 2018, the target release of November 2019 Criminology board exam result is on January 8, 2020 (Wednesday) or in 22 working days after the exam.

In the same period last year (December 2018), PRC announced Criminologist board exam results in fifteen (15) working days. A total of 14,324 out of 41,341 passed the CLE. Ella Jeanne Chavez Salvador from Universidad de Zamboanga aced the board with 91.15%. Tarlac State University (TSU) was the top performing school with 98.25% or 56 out of 57 passed the exams.

In the December 2017 CLE, PRC announced results in 21 working days. A total of 13,025 out of 36,516 (35.67%) passed the exams. John Denvert Rule Sanoria of Davao Central College topped the board with 89.50%. TSU also led the schools with 98.21% or 55 out of 56 passed the exams.

Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.

Examinees may also check for the results within December 2019 as recent two exams were released in less than 20 working days.
