MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the August 2025 Sanitary Engineer board exam on Friday, August 29, 2025, immediately after the exam.
Lara Isobel Estropia Valladolid of Mapúa University (MU)–Manila topped the board with 85.36%.
Donne Romir Hernandez Arenal, also from MU–Manila, secured second place with 84.18%.
The computer-based Sanitary Engineering Licensure Examination was administered on August 27, 28 and 29, 2025 in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, and Rosales.

In the February 2025 Sanitary Engineer Licensure Examination (SELE), Kiomit Manny Gimang Buloran of Mapúa University–Manila secured the top spot with a rating of 85.56%, while Kareen Bernardino Garcia of National University–Manila placed second with 84.24%.
During the August 2024 SELE, National University–Manila dominated the rankings as Franz Dionisio Santos clinched first place with 86.93%, followed by Conrad Matthew Francisco Soriano with 86.23%.
In the February 2024 exam, Angelie Jade Jo Alonzo of NU–Manila topped the board with 84.88%, with Pierre James Dumlao Miranda of Mapúa University–Manila close behind at 83.76%.
Meanwhile, in the August 2023 board exams, Neil Spencer Roxas Almario of Mapúa University–Manila led the passers with 83.80%, while Aizel Torchangon Salagma of the University of Baguio ranked second with 83.70%.
