MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the complete results of the August 2025 Sanitary Engineer Board Exam on Friday, August 29, 2025, immediately after the exam. Included are the lists of top-performing schools and the overall performance of all schools.
Mapúa University (MU)–Manila was the lone top performing school with 94.74% passing rate (18 out of 19 passed).
The computer-based Sanitary Engineering board exam was administered on August 27, 28, and 29, 2025 in testing centers located in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, and Rosales.

The performance of schools in the August 2025 Sanitary Engineer Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the February 2025 Sanitary Engineer Licensure Examination (SELE), Western Mindanao State University–Zamboanga topped the schools with a 93.75% passing rate (15 out of 16), followed by Batangas State University–Alangilan with 86.21% (25 out of 29).
During the August 2024 SELE, the University of Southeastern Philippines–Davao City led with a 90.91% passing rate (10 out of 11), while Mapúa University–Manila followed with 87.88% (29 out of 33).
In the February 2024 exam, the University of Baguio secured the highest rank with 88.89% (16 out of 18), while National University–Manila came next with 82.14% (23 out of 28).
Meanwhile, in the August 2023 SELE, no school qualified for the list of top-performing institutions.
