MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Psychology are expected to release results of September 2025 Board Licensure Exam for Psychometrician (BLEPP) on or before October 2, 2025, within four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
The September 2025 BLEPP results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools.
PRC administered the Psychometrician licensure exam on September 24 and 25, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
PRC also conducted Psychology board exam on the same date and testing centers.

Release of Results
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination (BLEPP) results will be released on Thursday, October 2, 2025, within four (4) working days after the tests.
However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date, without prior notice.
Registration and Oathtaking
PRC announced that the initial registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online. Applicants may complete their initial registration by visiting https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and following the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal.

Requirements for Registration:
- Duly accomplished and downloaded Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
- Two (2) passport-size photos, colored with white background and name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
All successful examinees are required to personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals as part of the official process.
Details regarding the mass oathtaking ceremony—including the date and venue—will be released in a separate announcement by the PRC.
Verification of Ratings
Verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Exams
The two-day Psychometrician exam covered the following subjects: theories of personality, psychological assessment, abnormal psychology and industrial psychology.
Previous Examinations
For August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, the PRC released results within five (5) working days. Out of 10,717 examinees, 7,478 passed. Chiqui Castro Patio of Holy Angel University topped the list with a rating of 88.00%.
The August 2023 exams also had results released in five (5) working days. A total of 6,133 out of 8,370 passed, led by Bianca Patricia Tiglao Reyes from Bulacan State University–Malolos, who garnered 89.60%.
For February 2022, results came out after nine (9) working days. Out of 2,241 examinees, 969 made the cut. The highest spot was shared by Joshua James Bastro dela Cruz of Our Lady of Fatima University–Antipolo City and Iris Anne Blanco Hamada of Saint Louis University, both with 83.60%.
Back in October 2019, the PRC announced results in just four (4) working days. Of the 10,670 examinees, 6,800 passed. Bernadette Alice Cruz Rigor from Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Sta. Mesa led the batch with 86.80%.
