MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the complete results of September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Exam, including the top performing schools and performance of all schools, on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
In the category of schools with 300 or more examinees, Saint Louis University emerged as the top-performing school with 332 passers out of 346 (95.95%). Far Eastern University (FEU)–Manila came in second with 496 passers out of 527 (94.12%).
PRC administered the Psychometrician licensure exam on September 24 and 25, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
PRC also conducted the Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Exam on the same date and testing centers. The results were released immediately after the exams.

Previous Examinations
In the August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)–Quezon City led the top performing schools with a 99.07% passing rate, as 107 out of 108 examinees successfully passed.
During the August 2023 exams, ADMU–Quezon City once again topped the schools, posting a perfect 100% passing rate after all 78 of its takers passed.
In the February 2022 Psychometrician board exam, no school qualified for the top performing schools list.
Before the pandemic, in the October 2019 board exam, ADMU–Quezon City recorded another perfect 100% passing rate. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) followed in second place with 96.84%, as 92 out of 95 examinees passed.
In the October 2018 exams, ADMU–Quezon City also led the schools with a 91.38% passing rate, with 53 out of 58 takers passing. The University of Santo Tomas (UST) came in second with 88.02% or 169 out of 192 passers.
