MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released results, including the full list of topnotchers (top 10), of the September 2025 Board Licensure Exam for Psychometrician (BLEPP) on Thursday, October 2, 2025, within four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
Dandean Lago Bernabe of the University of San Jose-Recoletos secured the top spot with a rating of 90.00%, followed by Johnsel Malayao Torre of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas with 89.60%.
PRC administered the Psychometrician licensure exam on September 24 and 25, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Previous Examinations
In the August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, Chiqui Castro Patio of Holy Angel University (HAU) emerged as the topnotcher with a rating of 88.00%. Fellow HAU graduate Airis Roshaine Teodoro Gomez secured second place with 87.20%.
During the August 2023 Psychometrician board exam, Bianca Patricia Tiglao Reyes from Bulacan State University–Malolos led the passers with 89.60%. Sharing second place were Nyle Kate Gabinete Matias of University of Mindanao–Davao City and Coleen Sumadia Ylagan of St. Alexius College, both with 88.80%.
In the February 2022 Psychometrician board exam, Joshua James Bastro dela Cruz of Our Lady of Fatima University–Antipolo City and Iris Anne Blanco Hamada of Saint Louis University (SLU) tied for first place with 83.60%. Taking second place with 83.20% were Arielle Kate Romero Estabillo of University of Mindanao–Davao City, Kevan Laurenz Quenita Muzares of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation–Lucena City, and Hannah Melissa Reyes Ramos and Miguel Antonio Perez Salvana of Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)–Quezon City.
For the October 2019 Psychometrician board exam, Bernadette Alice Cruz Rigor of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)–Main Sta. Mesa topped the list with 86.80%. Coming in second place with 86.20% were Russel Prontes Candongo of La Salle University, Ann Ross Lactao Fernandez of Ateneo de Manila University–Quezon City, Geo Lovan Estepa Flores of Saint Louis College of San Fernando, and Belle Frances Solon Timosa of University of San Carlos.
