MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will announce soon the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the October 2025 Fisheries Professionals board exam.
PRC administered the Fisheries Professional licensure exam (FPLE) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao on October 9 and 10, 2025.
Note: The first subject of the exam in Baguio was rescheduled to October 11, 2025, following the magnitude 4.4 earthquake that occurred on October 9.

RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the October 2025 Fisheries Professionals board exam results will be released on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, three (3) working days after the exams.
However, results may be released ahead or on later date without prior notice.
Previous Topnotchers
In the October 2024 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Exam (FPLE), AJ March Ryanne Belago Felongco from the University of the Philippines – Visayas (Iloilo City) topped the board with an impressive rating of 91.75%. Sharing the second spot were Jan Reil Gestiada Bernales from Sorsogon State University – Magallanes and Kristel Mae Rondobio Calixton from the University of Southern Mindanao – Kabacan, both scoring 91.25%.
Meanwhile, in the October 2023 FPLE, Adrian Cayabyab Dela Cruz from Pangasinan State University – Binmaley led the passers with 87.50%. Trailing closely behind were University of the Philippines – Visayas (Iloilo City) graduates Allen Patrick Rodriguez Araneta, Klynne Clarise Manliguez Kuizon, and Rizza Mae Tagupa Guyapale, who all tied in second place with 86.75%.
In the October 2022 Licensure Exam, Jean Margaret Gelladuga Badong from Iloilo State College of Fisheries – Main and John Rey Fortu Rasgo from the University of the Philippines – Visayas (Iloilo City) shared the top spot after both garnered a rating of 86.25%.
