MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Tuesday, November 18, the complete results of the November 2025 Midwifery board exam given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
PRC and the Board of Midwifery, composed of Hon. Melchor C. Dela Cruz, Jr., Chairman; Hon. Lerma M. Valenzuela, Hon. Corazon F. Landicho and Hon. Lourdes S. Mangahas, Members, administered the Midwife board exam on November 8 and 9, 2025.
The second day of the November 2025 MLE in Legazpi City was rescheduled to November 16, 2025 due to Super Typhoon “Uwan”.

Previous Examinations
In the April 2025 Midwife Licensure Exam (MLE), Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) – Main Campus led the category of schools with 30 or more examinees, recording a perfect 100% passing rate as all 82 takers successfully passed. The University of Northern Philippines (UNP) – Vigan placed second with a 97.56% passing rate, with 40 passers out of 41.
For the November 2024 Licensure Examination for Midwives, St. Alexius College and Davao Medical School Foundation both posted a 100% passing rate, with 56 and 35 passers respectively. Bohol Island State University (BISU) – Calape followed with a strong 98.33% performance, producing 59 passers out of 60 examinees.
In the April 2024 MLE, BPSU – Main Campus once again secured the top rank with a 98.46% passing rate, or 64 passers out of 65 examinees. Cavite State University (CavSU) ranked next with 94.59%, producing 35 passers out of 37.
