MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of the November 2025 Midwife Licensure Examination (MLE) on Thursday, November 18, 2025, or within two (2) working days after the last day of exam.
The full list of topnotchers (top 10) is available on this page once announced online.
PRC administered the Midwife board exams on November 8 and 9, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
Note: The second day of the November 2025 MLE in Legazpi City was rescheduled to November 16, 2025 due to Super Typhoon Uwan.

Previous Examinations
In the April 2025 Midwife Licensure Exam (MLE), Rona Marie Villaflor Ramos of Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) – Main Campus topped the exam with a score of 92.60%. Sharing the second spot were Gabriel Antonio Berces of Ago Medical and Educational Center – Bicol Christian College of Medicine and Niecel Marie Escobido Dotimas of the Integrated Midwives Association of the Philippines Foundation School of Midwifery, both scoring 92.55%.
For the November 2024 Licensure Examination for Midwives, Bernard Isaac Badar Alido of the University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences – Leyte ranked first with 92.60%, followed by Dol Rich Jay Mangin of Gordon College with 92.05%.
In the April 2024 MLE, Judah Paulo Espero of Camarines Sur Polytechnic College – Nabua led the batch with 91.70%, while Samantha May Aglit Torcuan of the University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences – Leyte placed second with 91.60%.
