CELE RESULTS 2026 – The March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before April 7, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.
PRC administered the first regular Civil Engineering board exam this year on March 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.

Release of Results
Based on PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the March 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) results will be released on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, five (5) working days after the tests.
The release of the CELE results may vary depending on the number of examinees and other operational factors. Results may be announced earlier or later than the target release date. For reference, the April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination results were released four (4) working days after the last day of the examinations.
We advise examinees to begin monitoring the release of results starting Wednesday, April 1.

Registration Details
Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be issued through online registration.
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for the registration.
Date of Registration: To be announced (TBA)
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oathtaking Details
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
Coverage of Examinations
The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination covers the following major subjects:
- Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
- Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
- Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering – 30%
Previous Examinations
In the November 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results five (5) working days after the last day of examinations. A total of 4,268 out of 14,043 examinees passed the licensure exam. Jonathan Conrad Go Yu of the University of San Carlos topped the board with a rating of 91.75%.
For the April 2025 CELE, the results were released four (4) working days after the examinations. Out of 16,913 examinees, 4,940 successfully passed. Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila ranked first with a rating of 93.00%.
In the November–December 2024 CELE, the results were announced in just three (3) working days. A total of 6,835 out of 18,436 examinees passed the exam, with Francis Charles Pepito Lauta of the University of Cebu leading the batch with a top score of 93.25%.
Meanwhile, the April 2024 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination results were released four (4) working days after the tests. Of the 17,010 examinees, 6,680 passed, while Ryan Sylvester Sy Chan and Cedric Jerome Carlos Donguines of De La Salle University–Manila shared the top spot, both earning a rating of 94.30%.
