Top 10 Passers: March 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam Results

MANILA, Philippines – The March 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) top 10 or topnotchers, including other results – list of passers, top performing schools and performance of schools, are released online on or before April 7, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the first Civil Engineering board exam this year on March 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.

Previous Examinations

In the November 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), Jonathan Conrad Go Yu of the University of San Carlos topped the board with a rating of 91.75%. Jan Patrick Doria Barboco of the University of Pangasinan followed in second place with 91.65%.

During the April 2025 CELE, Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) secured the top spot with a 93.00% rating. Nur Hameen Cabugatan Interino of Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) ranked second with 92.60%.

In the November–December 2024 CELE, Francis Charles Pepito Lauta of the University of Cebu led the successful examinees with a rating of 93.25%, while Josh Andrew Medina Martija of the University of the Philippines–Diliman placed second with 92.50%.

Meanwhile, the April 2024 CELE produced dual topnotchers from De La Salle University–Manila, as Ryan Sylvester Sy Chan and Cedric Jerome Carlos Donguines both garnered the highest rating of 94.30%. John Carlo Tamayo Furiscal of Mapua University–Manila ranked second with 93.95%.

Registration Details

Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be issued through online registration.

Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for the registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oathtaking Details

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

Coverage of Examinations

The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination covers the following major subjects:

  • Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
  • Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
  • Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering – 30%
