MANILA, Philippines – The March 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Exam (CELE) results, including the list of passers, are released on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the Civil Engineers board exam on March 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.

Release of Results

Based on PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the March 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) results will be released on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, five (5) working days after the tests.

The release of the CELE results may vary depending on the number of examinees and other operational factors. Results may be announced earlier or later than the target release date. For reference, the April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination results were released four (4) working days after the last day of the examinations.

Registration and Oathtaking Details

Registration of passers for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Visit https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced (TBA)

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

PRC said that successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The schedule of face-to-face mass oath-taking will be announced later.

Verification of Rating

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
