MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the results of the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) – Elementary Level – on May 15, 2026, within 40 working days after the exam. The announcement will include the list of top-performing schools and overall school performance.

Top Schools: March 2026 LET Results (Elementary Level)

PRC administered the first regular LET this year on Sunday, March 15, 2026, in at least 40 testing centers nationwide.

Testing centers include Manila, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Tacloban, and Zamboanga, while the Commission also designated additional test centers in Antique, Bacolod, Bohol, Catanduanes, Catarman, Cauayan, Digos, Dumaguete, General Santos, Kidapawan, Laguna, Lipa, Marinduque, Masbate, Mati, Occidental Mindoro, Oroquieta, Romblon, Tagum, and Valencia to accommodate more examinees and help avoid unnecessary distant travel.

The members of the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; and Dr. Paraluman R. Giron, Member.

Previous Exam Top Schools

In the September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) – Elementary Level, West Visayas State University–La Paz emerged as the top-performing school in the category with 100 or more examinees after posting an impressive 99.26% passing rate, with 134 out of 135 examinees passing the board exam. Benguet State University ranked second with a 96.40% passing rate, as 107 of its 111 examinees successfully passed.

In the March 2025 LET – Elementary Level, Bicol University–Daraga emerged as the top-performing school in the 100 or more examinees category, posting a 97.12% passing rate with 101 out of 104 candidates passing. Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)–Lucban followed with a 90.98% passing rate, as 121 out of 133 examinees succeeded.

During the September 2024 LET – Elementary Level, West Visayas State University–La Paz led the 100 or more examinees category with a 96.40% passing rate (107 out of 111 passers). It was followed by Mariano Marcos State University–Laoag College of Education, which achieved a 94.18% passing rate with 178 out of 189 examinees passing.

Registration and Oathtaking

PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for the new licensed professional teachers (LPTs) will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

Verification of Rating

All examinees of Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
