PSLE RESULTS 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the September 2026 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Exam results today, September 21, 2026 based on PRC Resolution No. 2242, Series of 2026.

The Psychologists licensure exam results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.

As announced, 490 out of 560 (87.50%) passed the September 2026 PsLE.

The September 2026 Psychology board exam was held in 13 testing locations—Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao—on September 1 and 2, 2026.

Note: The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to the first week of September due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The examination in Pampanga was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding across Central Luzon.

Schedule of Registration

Here's the schedule of online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for new Psychologists and Certificate of Registration.

Date of Registration: Starting September 23, 2026

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:

  • screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
  • valid government-issued ID

PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Ratings

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-taking

Those interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

Passers may secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
