Room assignment for Pagadian City testing location is officially out on Monday, December 10, 2012. PRC and Board of Nursing (BoN) of Region 9 already submitted room assignment which means that nursing board exam for December 2012 at Zamboanga del Sur will still proceed inspite of the severe effect of Typhoon Bopha at Mindanao area.
On December 16-17, 2012, PRC Region IX will conduct examination in Zamboanga del Sur National High School (Main Campus) with address at Bana St., Sta. Maria District, Pagadian City
Here are the important instructions from PRC Main:
1.Examinees should report before 6:30 in the morning every examination day. LATE EXAMINEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
2.Bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope, long brown and long plastic envelopes.
3.CELLULAR PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4.Wear the prescribed dress code.
PRC Region 9 said that "USE SAME NAME IN ALL EXAMINATION FORMS. IF THERE AN ERROR IN SPELLING,KINDLY REQUEST YOUR ROOM WATCHER(S) TO CORRECT IT. "
