MANILA, Philippines — The results of the September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) – Elementary Level – are officially released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before December 19, 2025, within 62 working days after the exam.
PRC administered the second regular LET this year on Sunday, September 21, 2025 in at least 35 testing centers nationwide and in Hong Kong and Thailand.
The examination in Regions I, II, and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) was held on November 30, 2025, after being postponed due to Typhoon Nando.

An examinee must obtain an average rating of not less than 75% and must have no rating lower than 50% in any of the tests to pass the LET.
In accordance with the law, passing the licensure exam and having valid professional license from the Commission are necessary before the practice of teaching profession in the Philippines. Otherwise, those who will violate may face fine and imprisonment based on penal provisions.
Release of LET Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2103 s. 2025, the November 2025 LET results for the rescheduled exams in Regions 1, 2, and CAR will be released on December 19, 2025 (Friday).
PRC stated: "RESOLVED FINALLY, that the target release date of examination results for the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers shall be on December 19, 2025."
In an inquiry by The Summit Express, the PRC confirmed that the September and November 2025 LET results will be released on the same date and advised to just wait for the exact release date.
Previously, PRC set December 5, 2025 (Friday) release of September 2025 LET results according to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024.
Note: Please note that the results may be released earlier or later than the projected date without prior notice. Several factors may affect the timeline, including the total number of examinees, work suspensions due to calamities or unforeseen events, and the manual checking of pencil-based tests.
Registration and Oathtaking
The registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- Notice of Admission (for identification only)
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- two pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag)
- two sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope.
PRC said that successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The dates of the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Previous Examinations
The Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) has consistently seen a significant number of examinees successfully passing each year. In the March 2025 LET, 16,282 out of 34,810 examinees (46.77%) passed, with results released after 41 working days.
For the September 2024 LET, results were announced after 51 working days, with 20,025 of 44,002 examinees (45.51%) successfully passing the exam.
During the March 2024 LET, PRC released the results after 47 working days. A total of 20,890 examinees out of 44,764 (46.67%) passed.
In the September 2023 LET, results were released after 55 working days, with 23,782 out of 50,593 examinees (47.01%) successfully passing the exam.
