MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the results of the September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) – Elementary Level – on December 19, 2025, within 62 working days after the exam. The announcement will include the list of top-performing schools and overall school performance.

Top Schools: September and November 2025 LET Results Elementary

PRC administered the second regular LET this year on Sunday, September 21, 2025 in at least 35 testing centers nationwide and in Hong Kong and Thailand.

The examination in Regions I, II, and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) was held on November 30, 2025, after being postponed due to Typhoon Nando.

The members of the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; and Dr. Paraluman R. Giron, Member.

Previous Exam Top Schools

In the March 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) – Elementary Level, Bicol University–Daraga emerged as the top-performing school in the 100 or more examinees category, posting a 97.12% passing rate with 101 out of 104 candidates passing. Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)–Lucban followed with a 90.98% passing rate, as 121 out of 133 examinees succeeded.

During the September 2024 LET – Elementary Level, West Visayas State University–La Paz led the 100 or more examinees category with a 96.40% passing rate (107 out of 111 passers). It was followed by Mariano Marcos State University–Laoag College of Education, which achieved a 94.18% passing rate with 178 out of 189 examinees passing.

In the March 2024 LET – Elementary Level, Cebu Technological University–Main was the lone top-performing school under the 300 or more examinees category, posting an 85.59% passing rate with 291 passers out of 340 examinees.

Registration and Oathtaking

PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for the new licensed professional teachers (LPTs) will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

Verification of Rating

All examinees of Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
