MANILA, Philippines – The results of the September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) – including the Top 10 passers (Topnotchers) for the Elementary Level, list of passers, top performing schools, and school performance – will be released online on or before December 19, 2025, 62 working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the second regular LET of the year on Sunday, September 21, 2025 in at least 35 testing centers nationwide and in Hong Kong and Thailand.
The examination in Regions I, II, and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) was held on November 30, 2025, after being postponed due to Typhoon Nando.

In the March 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), Jamaema Hiluano Mustapha of Mindanao State University (MSU)–Maigo Sat and Raeiden Mohammad Pango of MSU–Iligan Institute of Technology shared the top spot, both earning a rating of 94.60%. Taking second place was Nikhar Mae Besar Alegria from MSU–General Santos City with 94.20%.
During the September 2024 LET, six examinees shared the highest score of 94.00% in the Elementary Level: Sheena Bionat Abenido (Holy Child Central Colleges), Nomel Alyssa Tabanao Andan (Cebu Normal University), Trecia Tucay Andujare (Kolehiyo ng Subic), Belle Chardin Diazon Bacea (MSU–General Santos City), Mary Eloisa Fullo (Cebu Normal University), and Alyssa Jeanne Cansino Tamondong (University of the Philippines–Diliman). They were followed by five examinees who earned 93.80%.
In the March 2024 LET (Elementary Level), three examinees shared the top rank with a rating of 92.40%: Mary Grace Manuel Bamba (Bataan Peninsula State University–Dinalupihan), Khane Jevie Rose Solante Cervantes (Davao Oriental State University–Cateel Campus), and Queenie Macalindong Macatangay (University of Batangas). Gracelyn Celestian Ygot from Cebu Technological University–Moalboal secured second place with 92.20%.

Release of LET Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2103 s. 2025, the November 2025 LET results for the rescheduled exams in Regions 1, 2, and CAR will be released on December 19, 2025 (Friday).
PRC stated: "RESOLVED FINALLY, that the target release date of examination results for the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers shall be on December 19, 2025."
In an inquiry by The Summit Express, the PRC confirmed that the September and November 2025 LET results will be released on the same date and advised to just wait for the exact release date.
Previously, PRC set December 5, 2025 (Friday) release of September 2025 LET results according to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024.
Note: Please note that the results may be released earlier or later than the projected date without prior notice. Several factors may affect the timeline, including the total number of examinees, work suspensions due to calamities or unforeseen events, and the manual checking of pencil-based tests.
