MANILA, Philippines – Congratulations to all LET passers!
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will advise the schedule of registration and oathtaking as well as availability of verification of ratings page.
PRC administered the second regular LET this year on Sunday, September 21, 2025 in at least 35 testing centers nationwide and in Hong Kong and Thailand. The examination in Regions I, II, and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) was held on November 30, 2025, after being postponed due to Typhoon Nando.

Verification of Ratings
The PRC online verification of ratings (VoR) page for September and November 2025 LET is now available!
On the official website of PRC (prc.gov.ph), select Verification of Rating under Other eServices section.
You will re redirected to the LERIS page (https://online.prc.gov.ph/Verification).
Once you've accessed the VoR page, here are the next steps:
Select the Exam Name (Professional Teacher) and Exam Date (September 2025).
Input your application no., first name, last name and birthdate.
Registration of LET Passers
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on the following dates:
The requirements are the following:
- Notice of Admission (for identification only);
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
- two pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag);
- two sets of documentary stamps;
- 1 piece short brown envelope.
NOTE: Successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Details of the Oathtaking
The PRC announces oathtaking schedules a few days after results are released. For face-to-face ceremonies, register at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ by 12:00 NN the day before and present a printed Oath Form with QR code. Those unable to attend may join the online oathtaking (“e-OATH”) or request a special schedule. After the ceremony, proceed with Initial Registration through the same portal.
