MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today, June 23, the complete results of June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Medical Technologists (MedTech). Check out here the list of passers and performance of schools.
As announced, none passed the June 2025 SPLE for MedTech.
The MedTech Licensure Exam (MTLE) was given by the Board of Medical Technology composed of Dr. Marilyn A. Cabal-Barza, Chairman; and Dr. Leila Lany M. Florento, Member.
The examination was held in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar and Singapore last June 6 and 7, 2025 (Friday and Saturday).
According to PRC, the conduct of SPLE for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1034 (s. 2017), Republic Act No. 8981 and Executive Order No. 835.

Note: Those who failed to pass the board examination for Medical Technology but had obtained a general rating of at least 70% can register as Medical Laboratory Technician.
The performance of schools in the June 2025 Medical Technologist (SPLE) in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag),
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
EXAMINATION COVERAGE
The MedTech board exam in Middle East covers the following subjects: clinical chemistry, microbiology and parasitology, clinical microscopy, hematology, blood banking and serology, hispathologic techniques, cytotechnology, medical technology laws, related laws and its implementing rules and the code of ethics.
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to the PRC's advisory on the target release date, the results of the June 2025 SPLE for MedTech are scheduled to be released on June 23, 2025.
We advise takers to regularly monitor result announcements, as the results may be released earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
