MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released on Monday, June 16, the complete results of June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Midwives. Check out here the list of passers and performance of schools once announced online.
As announced, 25 out of 63 (39.68%) successfully passed the June 2025 SPLE for Midwives.
The Midwife Licensure Exam (MLE) in Middle East and Singapore was given by the Board of Midwifery composed of Hon. Melchor C. Dela Cruz, Jr., Chairman; Hon. Lerma M. Valenzuela, Hon. Corazon F. Landicho and Hon. Lourdes S. Mangahas, Members.
The special professional exam for midwives was held on June 6 and 7, 2025.
The conduct of SPLE for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1034 (s. 2017), Republic Act No. 8981 and Executive Order No. 835.

The performance of schools in the June 2025 Midwife (SPLE) in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag),
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
EXAMINATION COVERAGE
The Midwifery board exam in Middle East covers the following subjects: obstetrics, fundamentals of health care, infant care and feeding (Day 1); primary health care, professional growth and development (Day 2).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to the PRC's advisory on the target release date, the results of the June 2025 SPLE for Midwives are scheduled to be released on June 16, 2025.
We advise takers to regularly monitor result announcements, as the results may be released earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
