MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today, June 17, 2025, the results of June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Mechanical Engineers (ME) and Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM).
As announced, 20 out of 74 (27.03%) successfully passed the June 2025 SPLE for Mechanical Engineers.
Meanwhile, no one passed the SPLE for Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM).
The official SPLE results for mechanical engineers and CPM include the complete list of passers, topnotchers, and performance of schools.
The ME and CPM board exam was given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering (BME) composed of Engr. Jesus M. Redelosa, Chairman; Engr. Fernando S. Guevarra and Engr. Mirardo C. Malazarte, Jr., Members.
The examination was held in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; Salmiya, Kuwait; Singapore; and Taipei, Taiwan last June 6, 7 and 8, 2025.
According to PRC, the conduct of SPLE for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1034 (s. 2017), Republic Act No. 8981 and Executive Order No. 835.

The performance of schools in the June 2025 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination (SPLE) in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
EXAMINATION COVERAGE
The ME board exam in Middle East covers the following subjects: industrial and power plant engineering (Day 1); mathematics, engineering economics and basic engineering services, machine design, materials and shop practice (Day 2).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to the PRC's advisory on the target release date, the results of the June 2025 SPLE for Mechanical Engineers and Certified Plant Mechanics are scheduled to be released on June 17, 2025.
We advise takers to regularly monitor result announcements, as the results may be released earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
