FPLE RESULTS – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the October 2025 Fisheries Professional Licensure Exam (FPLE) results today, October 15, 2025 based on PRC Resolution No. 1927, Series of 2024.

The Fisheries Professional Licensure Exam results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.

As announced, 1,507 out of 2,165 (69.61%) passed the October 2025 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Exam (FPLE).

Update as of October 15, 11:00 AM: PRC has confirmed that the results of the Fisheries Professional Licensure Examination (FPLE) will be released today.

In a Facebook post, PRC announced: “Future Fisheries Professionals, are you ready to see your name on the list? ... In just a few hours, the results will be posted!”

The FPLE was held on October 9 and 10, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

The members of the Board of Fisheries who gave the licensure examination are Westly R. Rosario, Chairman; Catalino R. Dela Cruz, Carlos C. Baylon, Gerald F. Quinitio and Joebert D. Toledo, Members.

Schedule of Registration

Here's the schedule of online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for new Fisheries Professionals and Certificate of Registration.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Ratings

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Enter the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-taking

Those interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

Passers may secure an online appointment schedule at https://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
