MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Tuesday, April 28, the results of April 2026 Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) and Registered Master Electricians (RME) board exam.

The April 2026 REELE and RMELE results include the list of top performing schools and performance of schools.

PRC administered the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on April 21 and 22, 2026 for REE and April 23, 2026 for RME.

Previous Examinations

In the August 2025 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations, the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) topped the Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) board exam after posting a perfect 100% passing rate, with all 30 examinees successfully passing. Meanwhile, no school qualified for the top performing schools list in the Registered Master Electrician (RME) board exam.

During the April 2025 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations, University of Batangas led the REE board exam with a 97.01% passing rate, producing 65 passers out of 67 examinees. Similar to the previous exam cycle, no school qualified for the top performing schools list in the RME board exam.

In the August 2024 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations, UPLB once again emerged as the top performing school in the REE board exam with a flawless 100% passing rate, as all 22 of its examinees passed. In the RME board exam, Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP)-Manila stood as the lone top performing school, registering a 90.91% passing rate with 20 out of 22 examinees passing.

Meanwhile, in the April 2024 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations, University of Batangas topped the REE board exam with a 96.20% passing rate, or 76 passers out of 79 examinees. Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)-Sto. Tomas followed in second place with a 90.38% passing rate, equivalent to 94 passers out of 104 takers.
