MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the April 2026 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam (REELE) is available here on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, within three (3) working days after the exam.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers of April 21 and 22, 2026 Electrical Engineer Board Exam, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Previous Examinations

Jolly Babe Mallari Siago of Cebu Institute of Technology-University led the passers in the August 2025 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam (REELE), earning the highest rating of 93.45%. Joshua Enrick Bravo Salvador of Mapua University-Manila followed in second place with 92.60%.

The April 2025 REELE was topped by Kimberly Rose Dalay Capiral of Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Sto. Tomas, who posted a 93.00% rating. Mustafa Ali of Rizal Technological University secured the second spot with 92.85%.

For the August 2024 Electrical Engineers board exam, Christopher Regino Brodith Maranga of Cebu Institute of Technology-University topped the list of successful examinees with 93.20%, while Tomas Cabauatan Casauay Jr. of Cagayan State University-Tuguegarao placed second with 92.60%.

Meanwhile, Raymond Omboy Geoman of Cebu Institute of Technology-University dominated the April 2024 REELE with an impressive 95.00% rating. Mark Angelo Alba Oppus of Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Main Sta. Mesa ranked second with 94.40%.
