MANILA, Philippines – The April 2026 Registered Master Electrician Licensure Exams (RMELE) results, including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released today, April 28, 2026, three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers of the April 23, 2026 RME board exam, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Previous Examinations
In the August 2025 Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination (RMELE), Alvin Manlangit Cabigon of Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Sta. Mesa led the successful examinees with an 87.00% rating. Domingo Cardano Cañeta Jr. of Bicol University Industrial Tech-Legazpi and Ellaine Ojeda Maligat of Camarines Norte State College-Daet tied for second place, each posting 86.50%.
During the April 2025 RMELE, Jesse Villalon Castro of Secondary School topped the board with an 84.00% rating. Roy Germy Corciega Calamba of Bohol Island State University (BISU)-Calape and Gaudencio Ramos Jurado III of Western Institute of Technology shared second place with 83.50%.
In the August 2024 RMELE, Jaypee Gernalin Francisco of Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology-Cabanatuan emerged as the topnotcher after earning 91.00%. Janine Nudo Borja of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)-Lucban secured second place with 89.50%.
Meanwhile, in the April 2024 RMELE, Mariclaire Baingan Larugal of Isabela State University-Ilagan topped the licensure exam with an impressive 92.50%. John Jason Sobior Bibat of Bohol Island State University-Tagbilaran placed second with 92.00%.
