MANILA, Philippines – The September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE) results, including the complete list of passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before October 2, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC administered the Civil Engineering board exam on September 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Ilocos Sur.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the September 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) results will be released on Friday, October 2, 2026, five (5) working days after the tests.

The release of the CELE results may vary depending on the number of examinees and other operational factors. Results may be announced earlier or later than the target release date.

We advise examinees to start monitoring the release of results beginning Wednesday, September 30.

Registration Details

Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be issued through online registration.

Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for the registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
  • valid government-issued ID

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oathtaking Details

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination covers the following major subjects:

  • Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
  • Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
  • Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering – 30%
