MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces on Friday, October 2, 2026, the results of the September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE), including the top performing schools and performance of schools.

PRC administered the second Civil Engineering board exam this year on September 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Ilocos Sur.

Previous Examinations

University of Saint Louis–Tuguegarao emerged as the lone top-performing school in the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), recording an 81.29% passing rate after 113 of its 139 examinees passed.

The University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman led the top-performing schools in the November 2025 CELE, posting a 95.18% passing rate as 79 of its 83 examinees successfully passed the examination.

UP–Diliman also topped the list in the April 2025 CELE, achieving a 98.21% passing rate with 55 of 56 examinees passing. The University of Southeastern Philippines–Davao City followed with an 83.87% passing rate, with 52 of 62 examinees passing.

Strong results continued in the November–December 2024 CELE, as UP–Diliman recorded a 93.18% passing rate after 82 of its 88 examinees passed. Carlos C. Hilado Memorial State University–Talisay ranked second with a 91.38% passing rate, with 53 of 58 examinees successfully passing.

Registration Details

Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be issued through online registration.

Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for the registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
  • valid government-issued ID

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oathtaking Details

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

Coverage of Examinations

The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination covers the following major subjects:

  • Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
  • Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
  • Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering – 30%
