MANILA, Philippines – The September 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) results, including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday, October 2, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC administered the second Civil Engineering board exam this year on September 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Ilocos Sur.

Previous Examinations

Rico Quiñones Elao of Cebu Technological University (CTU)-Main and Marc Zendrijk Valdez Pasumbal of Mapúa University-Manila shared the top spot in the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), both earning a rating of 94.10%. Benedick Fabruada Molano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila followed in second place with 92.65%.

Jonathan Conrad Go Yu of the University of San Carlos topped the November 2025 CELE with a rating of 91.75%, while Jan Patrick Doria Barboco of the University of Pangasinan ranked second with 91.65%.

For the April 2025 CELE, Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) claimed the top spot with a rating of 93.00%. Nur Hameen Cabugatan Interino of Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) placed second with 92.60%.

The November–December 2024 CELE was led by Francis Charles Pepito Lauta of the University of Cebu, who posted the highest rating at 93.25%. Josh Andrew Medina Martija of the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman followed in second place with 92.50%.

Registration Details

Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be issued through online registration.

Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for the registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
  • valid government-issued ID

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oathtaking Details

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

Coverage of Examinations

The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination covers the following major subjects:

  • Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
  • Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
  • Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering – 30%
