MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Electronics Engineering (BEE) are expected to release results of October 2025 Electronics Engineer (ECE) board exam today, October 24, 2025 (Friday), four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
The October 2025 ECE board exam results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools.
PRC administered the second regular ECE licensure exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on October 18 and 19, 2025.
The agency also conducted Electronics Technicians (ECT) board exam on October 20.
The members of the Board of Electronics Engineering who gave the licensure examinations are Engr. Vicente L. Cejoco, Chairman, Engr. Adonis Q. Talabo and Engr. Gerhard P. Tan, Members.

Release of Results
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the target release of ECE board exam results is on Friday, October 24, 2025.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
Registration and Oathtaking
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Coverage of Exams
The two-day exam covered the following subjects: Mathematics (20%), Electronics engineering (30%), General engineering and applied sciences (GEAS) (20%) and Electronics systems and technologies (EST) (30%).

The April 2025 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination results were released by the PRC within three (3) working days. Out of 2,820 examinees, 1,280 successfully passed. Nathaniel Padilla Dimaunahan from the University of the Philippines (UP) – Diliman emerged as the topnotcher with a rating of 92.30%.
In the October 2024 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination, results were likewise released in three (3) working days. A total of 1,126 out of 1,591 examinees passed. Patrick John Gabuna Santisidad from the University of the Philippines (UP) – Diliman led the passers with a rating of 91.90%.
For the April 2024 Electronics Engineer board exam, the PRC released the results after three (3) working days. Out of 3,130 examinees, 1,330 passed the exams. Niele Shem Geronimo Bañas from the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) – Visayas topped the board with a rating of 91.80%.
Meanwhile, in the October 2023 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination, PRC released the results within three (3) working days. A total of 842 out of 2,524 examinees passed. Angelo Cabalu Jacobo from Bulacan State University (BulSU) – Malolos ranked first with a rating of 89.80%.
